These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tessera website at gettessera.io (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms cover the Site itself. Your use of the Tessera software is governed by our End User License Agreement (EULA), your purchase is processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record under their terms, and our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its security or anti-abuse measures;
- submit false, misleading, or abusive information through our forms, or use them to send spam or unsolicited communications;
- copy, scrape, or reproduce the Site's content except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
2. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the Tessera name and branding, are owned by Tessera or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not use Tessera's branding without our prior written consent.
3. Purchases
Products are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Purchases are subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms and policies, our EULA, and our Refund Policy.
4. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example Lemon Squeezy, Cloudflare, and Resend). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
5. Disclaimer
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
6. Limitation of Liability

We may update these Terms or the content of the Site at any time. The current version is posted at gettessera.io with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising under these Terms will be the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
